Itinerary & Notes:
This Field Meeting followed a recent lecture by Jim Day, the Education Officer at the HWT Reserve. The illustrated talk covered
the history of the land use, and introduced the wildlife that inhabits it today.
As a result, a number of members and visitors who are new to the BNSS Field Meetings attended. I trust that they enjoyed the day, and will come out with us again.
Our itinerary visited the five hides that overlook Ibsley Water and Ivy Lake. We also spent time in the Woodland Hide.
