Itinerary & Notes:
We walked across a hillside to the Harrier Hide, where we sheltered from a downpour. Pleasant walk to the Avocet Hide where we
lunched as another storm passed. Then we returned to the cars along the farm lane during a dry spell.
Meeting finished at 2.00 p.m. due to wet afternoon forecast.
We saw two returning migrant species - the Wheatear and Chiffchaff - but no Dartford Warblers.
Roe and Sika Deer were sighted.
